Vyepti 100 mg/mL 1 mL single-use vial is a sterile injectable medication indicated for the preventive treatment of migraine in adults. It contains eptinezumab, a humanized monoclonal antibody that targets the calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) ligand. CGRP plays a critical role in the pathophysiology of migraine by promoting vasodilation and transmitting pain signals within the trigeminovascular system.

Administered intravenously, Vyepti delivers rapid onset of action by directly entering the bloodstream, allowing for quick distribution and binding to CGRP molecules. The 100 mg/mL concentration in a 1 mL vial facilitates precise dosing during infusion sessions, typically conducted once every three months.
